1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Trust 567 ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading the app, registering an account, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Trust 567, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in such games is not prohibited by law
• Not be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where such games are expressly illegal
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be a previously banned or suspended user on our platform

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If we discover that you do not, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately and forfeit any balance.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at registration and to keep it updated. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the app and are subject to change
• All deposits must be made using payment methods in your own name
• Deposits are credited to your Trust 567 wallet upon payment confirmation
• We do not accept cash or cryptocurrency deposits
• If a deposit fails or is reversed by your bank, we reserve the right to recover the corresponding amount from your wallet
• Deposits made fraudulently or via stolen payment methods will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement

5. Withdrawals

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in-app
• Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or UPI IDs registered in your name
• A daily withdrawal limit applies; this limit is configurable by the platform
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval; most are instant
• We reserve the right to request KYC (identity verification) before processing large withdrawals
• Suspicious withdrawal patterns may be investigated, and withdrawals may be held pending review
• Platform fees (if any) will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a withdrawal

6. Bidding Rules

• Bids are final once placed. No cancellation or modification is permitted after submission
• Bids placed outside the open window for a market slot will be rejected
• Minimum and maximum bid amounts per game type are displayed before placing a bid
• Winnings are automatically credited to your wallet upon result declaration
• In the event of a technical error causing incorrect result posting, bids will be voided and amounts refunded
• Trust 567 reserves the right to void bids in cases of system malfunction or data corruption

7. Prohibited Actions

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts on behalf of others
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bids or manipulate results
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with platform systems
• Exploiting bugs or errors for financial gain (must be reported immediately)
• Providing false identity information or impersonating others
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or game the system
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where it is explicitly prohibited by law

8. Results & Disputes

Results are declared by our system based on official market outcomes. While we strive for 100% accuracy:

• Disputes about results must be raised within 24 hours of declaration
• Submit disputes via WhatsApp or our contact form with your bid ID and market details
• Our team will investigate and resolve disputes within 48 hours
• Trust 567's decision on disputes is final and binding
• In cases where a result cannot be confirmed, bids may be voided and amounts refunded

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Trust 567 is not liable for any losses arising from participation in games on our platform
• We are not responsible for losses due to internet outages, device failures, or third-party service disruptions
• Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the preceding 30 days
• We provide the platform "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation

10. Termination

Trust 567 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Termination for no cause will result in a refund of verified, unplayed wallet balance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Pending withdrawals will be processed before closure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before resorting to litigation.
